Derby v Leicester

Last updated : 11 February 2011 By BBC Sport

Derby County defender Dean Leacock is available after a ban, but boss Nigel Clough could well keep faith with the Shaun Barker-Miles Addison partnership.Alberto Bueno, who was on the bench last Saturday, could be given the nod ahead of Tomasz Cywka unless the Rams sign a striker before the game.

Leicester defender Sol Bamba is fit after a minor foot injury.

Miguel Vitor is available again after a hamstring problem and is expected to be on the bench.

MATCH PREVIEW

Struggling Derby have won only one of their last 11 league matches, and lost eight of them. They did at least manage to halt a run of three consecutive losses by securing a 1-1 draw at Portsmouth last time out.

Leicester, on the other hand, have been on a great run. The Foxes are unbeaten in six league games, winning five of them, and are one of only two sides yet to lose in the Championship in 2011.

City have been vulnerable at the back at times this season, but have always been a threat at the other end of the pitch. That is borne out by the fact they have had more shots on target than any other team in the division. Their next one will be their 200th.

Matches against Derby have tended to be tight affairs. Leicester's 2-0 win at Pride Park in November was the first in 10 encounters between these clubs not to be drawn or decided by a single goal.
