Derby County change like the weather and it has to go down as one of the bleakest February's ever for the Rams.
Not a single win during the whole of February is a shocking loss of form and with no goals scored in the last three games it is getting worse instead of better as Steve McClaren struggles to get his team of expensive under achievers working together.
Derby last won a game on the final day of January after beating and Premiership WBA in the FA Cup and narrowly missing out on beating current Premiership Champions Leicester City in the following round.
All hopes of reaching the Play-off's now seems to have gone after yet another defeat against a relegation haunted club. A run of seven games without a win is relegation form. Thank goodness Derby County saw a resurgence when McClaren took over in October, or Derby County could be looking at relegation.
What needs to be done? I haven't a clue,as it would seem doesn't McClaren. Only rebuilding for the next season would seem a priority now for the former England boss and his team of backroom boys.
