Derby County are to make a big noise next season, no matter what league they are in. Plans to have Derby County Supporters behind the south goal area have been announced for next season.

Much of the loudest singing and chanting comes from a small area down in the South East corner of the ground at present and this will now be extended into what is now the Winfield South stand. The newly created area will also have a name change and be known as the Ossie End. An internet vote was overwhelmingly in favour of bringing back the famous "Ossie End", known throughout football as one of the loudest sections at the old Baseball ground.

Fans will now share the stand with opposition fans from the start of next season. This is hoped to produce some good humoured banter and raise the noise level within Pride Park.

At the time of writing more than 350 season tickets have been sold to Rams fans in the new Ossie End.
