Derby County are said to be considering a £500,00 bid by Celtic for Jay McEveley.

McEveley is only 22 years-old and a Scottish International but may be the latest victim of the clear-out of players currently going on at Pride Park. Jay has played three times for the Scottish National team but originally played U21 football for England before making his full international debut for the Scots.
