Chris Hutchings wants to give everyone a chance

Chris Hutchings is giving everyone in the Derby County squad a new chance , wiping the slate clean and is looking to senior players to show they do have a future with the Rams.

This weekend Derby take on non league opposition in Forest Green in the FA Cup and Hutchings sees it as an opportunity for players such as Robbie Savage and Mo Camara to show that they are still capable of holding down a first team place.

Hutchings already has a reduced squad for the Cup ties at the weekend and Carling Cup semi final against Manchester United as several players are either injured or suspended for the game. Motivation has to be a key word this week, can Hutchings motivate where Paul Jewell failed and are players frozen out motivated enough to play for Derby County?..
