No Deal For Ghaly

The Egyptian international was on loan from Tottenham Hotspur from January until the end of the season but manager Paul Jewell has revealed that Ghaly wants to remain in the Premier League and so will not be signing for The Rams this summer.

"Hossam had a really good spell for us, but when I spoke to him he said he'd like to stay in the Premiership," the Derby boss told the Derby Evening Telegraph.

"However, he said that if he couldn't find anything in the Premier League, he'd come to Derby

"But Hossam has played his last game for us now, I think, and we'll be looking elsewhere."
