Premiership side Sunderland were rumoured to have made a bid for the Polish international striker but the players agent, Giorgio De Giorgis, has played down these reports.
"The world of football runs on these rumours, but, yes there have been whispers which I have heard about Rasiak and Sunderland," he told the Sunday Sun.
"Asking if Grzegorz would like to move to the Premiership is like standing outside a chocolate shop with a child and asking them if they would like to go inside.
"Of course he would, though there have been no actual offers for Raziak that I am aware of.
"Anyone interested in buying him would have to speak directly to Derby County.
"Any approach would be to them first, and I have heard nothing yet, apart from a lot of rumours.
"There has been no concrete offer from Sunderland or any other club as yet, so we will have to wait and see."
