After just being piped at the post for SkyBet Championship manager of the month for September Paul Clement is now in the four candidates to take Octobers award.
With Derby County now going two months unbeaten, it could now be the Rams bosses turn to lift the award. Middlesbrough's Aitor Karanka winning it for September.
