PNE seek their minority vandals
After several instances of damage at several away games to seating and other areas . The Clubs mentioned and who suffered from the loutish behaviour of the PNE thugs were Burnley, Stoke and Derby County.

Officials from Preston say that the minority vandals are tarnishing the reputation of the other well mannered North End supporters.

Derek Shaw the PNE Chairman added “It is a very small minority who are responsible but we need to stamp it out before it gets any worse”.

Seats were the main target at Pride Park, many being damaged in the attacks. Up to 350 seats were removed or destroyed when the louts visited Burnley recently.

A spokesman for Preston said it was the worse damage in living memory by persons reported to be supporters of Preston North end.
