It's Rams v Southampton again after Saints accuse the RAMS of illegal approach for player
The chase for another Premiership standard striker has taken a downward turn today after Derby County were accused of making an illegal approach for Southampton's 22 year old striker Kenwyn Jones.

The Rams had approached the club correctly last week but a £5million bid was rejected by the Saints. Southampton now are blaming intervention by Jones's agent for stirring up trouble, even though he know the bid for his client had been rejected.

Saint Mary's Chief executive Jim Hone is now going to write to the FA over the matter, which he claims Derby County broke league rules.

Is this just a simple case of Southampton and George Burley being mardy over their Play-off final defeat by the Rams and are now refusing to listen to a reasonable bid for a player who has no Premiership experience?
