Rams announce new director

Ex Coventry Chairman Bryan Richardson is expected to be invited onto the Derby County Board. The new director is said to have been personally invited by current Chairman Lionel Pickering.

The situation is rather puzzling with a rumoured bid by two parties to take over the club at the end of this month already in the pipe-line.
Richardson is not expected to put any money into the club and this appointment has been speculated to have been on the banks request.
