Derby County have moved swiftly following the end of the season to appoint a new manager for the 2016-17.
Former Leicester City boss, Nigel Pearson has been named as the new man in the hot seat at the Ipro. The 52 year-old has stated he is Honoured to be named as manager.Pearson takes over with a three year contract
Former Rams defender Chris Powell has been named as Pearsons assistant. A bit of a shock appointment but welcomed by the majority of Rams fans who hold Chris in high esteem.
