More delays from the Board when Derby County FC needs to be making plans for next season
Derby County
or more precisely Chairman Lionel Pickering dithers yet again whilst the club drifts aimlessly toward the start of next season.

The Rams Chairman will now not hear the appeal from sacked manager John Gregory until late next week and may even be as late as next Friday 23rd May.

No reason has been forthcoming from either Mr Pickering or the club as to the delay but after a season of poor decisions it comes as no surprise that the fans have yet again to wait and wonder what is to happen within our club.

Fans are become more and more disillusioned with the situations at Pride Park and this further delay can only damage season ticket sales. Prospective purchasers are understandably reluctant to part with their money when at least five players are out of contract in a few

Gregory's appeal against his sacking will not be heared for another week
weeks. These include Fabrizio Ravanelli, Craig Burley, Giorgi Kinkladze, Rob Lee and Lee Morris.

Add to this the fact that season tickets can not be purchased using a credit card, plus the clubs spiralling debt and no prospect of known players replacing those already gone or going and Derby County Football Club is not going in the right direction as the Chairman has claimed in his fabled business plan.
