After complaining about the press coverage of his on-going search for finance, and denying that he was talking to Roy Disney, Rams Chairman, Adam Pearson, has now stated he is in talks with an American consortium and it may contain Roy Disney, nephew of the world famous Walt Disney.
Secrecy may be the key issue here and not letting the cat out of the bag too soon but the hopes are high that a deal can be made with the Shamrock Holdings that has Mr Disney as its Billionaire owner.

Pearson went on to say that talks were also taking place with a Far East consortium. This far removed from talk of local people being in charge of our club but it may be a sign of the times and something that has to now be accepted in the multi million pound business of Premier football......or soccer as they call it in the USA...
