Rams defender loaned to Cobblers

Veteran defender Andy Todd is to move on loan to Northampton Town. Todd the son of former Rams legend Colin Todd will move to the cobblers for an initial months loan and is expected to be looking for a permenent move in the January transfer window.
Andy has failed to fit in to the Rams set-up since his move from Premiership Blackburn Rovers and at 34 is expected to move to lower league football.
The loan signing is expected to be rubber stamped early tomorrow morning, making Todd eligible to play in Northampton's league one Home game against Leeds United in the evening...
