Derby County are set to fight Hul City for Tom Ince.
The Hull City winger had a highly sucessful loan spell with the Rams at the end of last season scoring 11 goals in 18 appearances.
The problem seems to be Ince has two years of a three year contract left with Hull City and the recently relegated side from the Premier League are in no mood to let one of their in form players leave.
The last valuation of Ince was around £5m, which would seem to be out of the reach of the Rams, however a clause in the loan deal that saw Ince come to the Rams in February does give the Rams a 'buy-out' option on Ince.
Ince who recently ruled himself out of playing for England at U21 level to concentrate on his league career may have the final say in this story, which has all the makings of a long drawn out saga.
