Derby County have picked up Arsenal attacking midfielder Nacer Barazite. The Young Dutchman is on the fringes of the Arsenal squad and a loan spell to Derby County gives him a chance to keep his match fitness up and to help the Rams with their midfield options.Nacer is only 18 years of age but is well respected around the Arsenal set-up and is expected to eventually break into their squad. In the meantime he goes straight into the Rams squad for Saturday's game against Southampton at Pride Park.
Barazite is 6ft 2 inches tall and is initially on loan to Derby for a month. Rams boss Paul Jewell is hoping that that loan spell can be extended should things work out for Barazite and he fits in with his new team mates...
