Gary Teal goes out on loan to Barnsley for an initial month

The Rams have loaned out Scottish International winger Gary Teale. Teale has struggled to hold a starting place within the Derby County team since his transfer from Wigan but Paul Jewell is keeping him on and welcomes the opportunity to give the 30 year-old some match experience.
