Paul Dickov rumoured to be on his way for a 3 month loan spell

It has been reported that Nigel Clough is looking to bolster his striking options with 36 year-old Paul Dickov from Leicester City.

Dickov who will be 37 in November is surplus to requirements at Leicester and has fallen down the pecking order at the Walkers Stadium. Nigel Clough is thought to be interested in a loan until the End of the year, but may be looking to sign Dickov on a permanent basis.

At nearly 37 Dickov seems to be a surprising choice as cover for the Rams, especially as you consider Dickov is a diminutive 5 feet five inches tall. However the strikers record is very good with an average of around one goal in every three games. Playing 307 games and scoring on 110 occasions...
