Twenty One year old Ryan Smith looks certain to be joining Millwall following talks between the midfielder and Willie Donachie, the Lions Manager.

Smith has been unable to establish himself in a regular first team position whilst at Derby, whom he join from Arsenal last year for an undisclosed fee.

Millwall have put in a bid of £150,000.which the Rams have accepted. Rams manager Billy Davies saw Smith as a long term investment but a player who would be out of his depth at this moment in time in the Premiership.
