Saints in last minute bid for Higgy

Saints expected to make realistic off er for the current Rams player of the year, Danny Higginbotham

Southampton has made a new bid in an attempt to take Danny Higginbotham to Saint Mary’s.

The Saints have already had one bid for Higginbotham rejected and the Rams are expecting an offer around the £2million mark.

Any bids will need to be agreed, signed and sealed by 5-00pm-tomorrow night (Friday 31^st Jan).

It has been well documented that Higginbotham himself is very keen to join the South coast club and once again play in the Premiership.
