Arsenal young winger Ryan Smith is said to have completed personal terms with Derby County and could be heading to Derby for a medical and to sign before the Friday deadline and may be in the squad for the Rams clash with Southampton this Sunday.The pacey 19 year old winger could be another piece in Billy Davies jigsaw puzzle and be a vital source of ammunition for new £1million striker Steven Howard.
Smith completed a highly successful loan spell at Leicester City last season and will be a huge coup for the Rams.
