Veteran defender Stephen Warnock, has agreed a move in the summer to Wigan Athletic.
The experienced 34 year-old had been on loan to Wigan and played in the last 11 games of last season for them and was a part of their League one title win.
Now back in the Championship Wigan have taken the move to sign Warnock on a one year deal, as they look to establish themselves next season.
Warnocks contract with Derby County doesn't run out until the end of June, but the Rams will be looking to bring in younger talent to fill the role within the squad.
