Fixtures for the new season may have only been available for scrutiny for five days, but already the club has had to announce changes to those listed last Thursday.
The Rams were scheduled to face local rivals Stoke City as the Bank Holiday attraction at the Britannia Stadium on the afternoon of August 30th with a 3.00pm kick-off.
Stoke have requested that the game be moved back to the evening in order to prevent problems and the match will now start at 7.45pm.
The Millwall game is also to be moved as a result of the London outfit’s entry in the UEFA Cup next term.
The original date of 14 September clashes with the European game, and no alternative has been decided on at the time of writing.
